Me, John, and my family absolutely love the NEW 2023 Advent/Countdown Calendar FAMILY GAMES! It has been the perfect family bonding experience for us. The best part is that it comes with ALL the best ever family games in one box. We were so excited to open up the big box and reveal 24 smaller boxes, one for each day before Christmas. Each box contains a different game and it’s been SOOOO much fun counting down to Christmas with a new game every day!
My friend Sarah was over when we first opened the box and she couldn’t believe all the amazing games that were included. We had a blast playing DICE GAMES like Farkle and Yatzy together. And we couldn’t resist playing some of our ALL TIME FAVORITES like Domino, Tic Tac Toe, and War (card game). It’s been so much fun introducing her to some of our party games too, like Mini Bowling, Frog Race, Candle in the Bottle, Truth or Dare (spin the bottle), Balloon Volleyball, Tag in the Dark, Doodle a Droodle, Lettergories, and Donkey’s tail.
But what I really appreciate about this advent calendar is that it also includes some nostalgic games like Jackstones, Marbles, Cat’s cradle, Pick up sticks (Mikado), and Cootie catcher. It’s been so much fun sharing these classic games with my kids and seeing them enjoy them just as much as I did when I was their age. Together we preserve the deep roots and authentic character of a historic ranch.
